Can't see T&C so don't know whether travel included. Also, can't see any entries here or elsewhere, and it's been open since 30/3, so maybe a good chance for someone ;-)

"O'Neill's is on the hunt for the ultimate Irish Stew for its Winter 2012 menu, and we're asking you to submit your own recipes for the chance to appear on the menu of all O'Neill's pubs across the country as well as winning a three-day break at Ballymaloe House in Ireland.

Whether yours is a recipe passed down from generation to generation, or you feel inspired to get in to the kitchen and create an original Irish-inspired effort, now is the time to bring out your inner Rankin, Corrigan or Allen.

Entries will go through an online judging process culminating in the final 10 dishes being cooked off to find the top 5. These 5 will then get put to the test in front of a judging panel made up of O'Neill's chefs, management and a representative from Ballymaloe. The winning recipe creator will then work with O'Neill's food experts to hone their dish ready for it to be added to the O'Neill's Winter menu.

To submit your Irish stew for consideration and to be in with the chance of winning a three-day trip for two to Ballymaloe House in Ireland, Like O'Neill's on Facebook and submit your recipe along with a maximum of three photos of your dish and 100 words on what makes your Irish Stew the winning one. Closing date is 30th April 2012. The winner will be announced by 31st May and the dish will appear on the O'Neill's Winter menu from October 2012."
