Beauty Consultation??

Hi Can anyone recomend where you can get a Make-up beauty consultation in the South East. I know that they do them in Dept Stores but they tend to be tied to one particular brand and my wifes wants someone that will help her choose what is best wether it comes from 1 brand or 10. I looked at personal shoppers in the Big dept stores but they all appear to be focused on clothes. Any suggestions would be greatly recieved.
