What DVD recorder please?

I don't know if this is the right forum but I am looking for a recordable DVD player and used shopbot to find the best price. I came across a website called 'electricals for less' and checked out consumer reviews for it in another window. Just as well I did as they have poor review's. :eek:

Just looked at other review sites and they are definitely a scam, should trading standards be advised?
This doesn't look very good and will be looking elsewhere. can anyone recommend a DVD recorder? Should I go for hard drive or what?
