bizzie baby not sure it is worth a fiver

I read a previous post about joining and saw mixed reviews. Having read the discussion I joined in January. Having recieved nothing after 3 months I emailed them. I got an email 2 weeks ago to say I would get a baby toy stacker and it should arrive in 7-10 days and if it doesnt arrive to let them know. I emailed them on Monday but have received no reply. I emailed again last night.

I am getting a bit fed up now and wish I never had joined. As I havent had any products to test do u think I could ask to cancel my membership.

thanks

My sister and I also joined in january and have received nothing! What annoys me most is that they are regularly asking people on facebook if they would like to test and review certain products and to comment on the post stating which they would like. As for cancelling your membership, I'm not sure but I guess it wouldnt hurt to ask. Personally, I feel like its been a total waste of a fiver. :(

Exactly. I am member of a few free survey based testing companies like boots and bzz. Both of these dont require any payment and seem to have a system of allocating products fairly. I cant be on facebook every day looking at what products are available. It seems unfair way or allocating products to test. Have you asked about why you havent recieved anything yet.
I did get a reply this afternoon after i mentioned considering cancelling. This is my reply

    Hi there

Many thanks for letting me know.

I have chased this item for you so if it hasn't arrived in the next 2 weeks please let me know.

If you haven't joined the forum yet go to www.bizziebaby.co.uk/forum and have a chat with other Bizziebaby members – don’t forget to check out the “post office window” where you can buy and sell your items for free – yes, free. No commission charges or listing fees.

    Best wishes

I am not sure why i need to use the forum to chat or buy or sell things. TBH I use netmums for that.

maybe give them a bit longer. But PM me if you have any other feedback or thoughts. I will repost if I hear anything

    thanks

if you've only been on there 3 months i would give it a bit longer, sometimes it takes a while before anything comes through. i think they have to give you something worth atleast the 5 quid, over the course of the year, that's supposed to be guarenteed so if this item doesn't arrive do keep messaging them to ask but im sure it will turn up

i've had a baby playgym from them, and a blanket which was quite an expensive make and v nice, also some stickers and i think a couple of others but cant remember what those were now. i have been with them quite a while though, just renewed it the other day. i never got any of those thru the facebook, just been allocated them by email

hopefully you will get some things

i am with thebabywebsite testing/reviewing thing too and i would say they are worse! only got 1 dvd so far, but it is a 'promotional copy' so could argue it does not have any value cos its not the retail copy in the packaging.. and they are supposed to give u 5 quids worth atleast too (costs the same to join)
