32FF Sports' Bra

Any idea where I can get one? My local shop only does the small back size in a small cup size and a large cup size in a large back size.

I've recently taken up running quite seriously and am in some serious discomfort so it has to be a goodun'.

no bra is going to stop a boob above a C cup jiggling around, so honestly, running just isnt suitable for anyone with a bust

Ive tried wearing the two bras and a compression vest over the top, that is usually recommended, but still had pain/tenderness afterwards.

I gave up long distance running, as it just wasnt worth the pain or damage.

Do you have a branch of Bravissimo near you? They do a few sports bras, and their bras start at back size 28 or 30, and the cup sizes go from D to at least a J.

Hi, this is a subject i have done a lot of research on! I am also a 32FF and I swear by Shock Absorber bras. I have the 'racket' one that I have used for running without any problems but I have just bought their 'run' bra and it is fantastic. I bought it via Amazon and it was about £25. I have also used the Boobydoo website in the past and their customer service us fab. The current issue of Women's Running mag has an review of sports bras and their top pick is the Berlei Sports Running Bra which is available in 32FF. You can probably find the article on their website. Hope this helps!

    Try brastop:

They're really good - I like this one

and there's a panel review on it to read too. I found the back size ok, but my frame is quite small anyway.

Yep, shock absorbers from Bravissimo. There are sellers on ebay that do them too.

I've ordered from these guys before and found them really good

They have a good range of proper sportswear rather than sports fashion and many good bras
  • I'd also recommend Boobydoo for their great customer service. I have this one: http://www.boobydoo.co.uk/sports-bras/shock-absorber/impact-level-4-d-max-support-sports-bra.html I'm 32E and while the rest of me may jiggle a little, my boobs do not move at all while I'm wearing this!

I have a Shock Absorber Run in a 32F, and it's fabulous. Nothing moves at all, and I have done up to 10 miles in it with no discomfort.
