Anyone got the callcredit £2 report online?

Hi,

I need to re-check my call credit report. Last time I signed up for their free offer then cancelled it. Their system wouldn't accept my payment details for buying the £2 report online.

This time, I'd like to get it online again rather than on a paper form, because it's easier and quicker.

So, just wondering - has anyone managed to get their payment for the £2 online statutory credit report accepted on their website?

thanks a lot,
Izzy

Hi Izzy, I couldn't get them to receive my £2 and many on here couldn't either!! So I downloaded the form and sent it Recorded Delivery with P.O. and it was back within 5 working days.

    Best wishes

    Thanks a lot, if wishes!

I was coming round to that idea, but just now I found out about "noddle" which offers a free credit report online, run by callcredit.

Maybe I should sign up with Noddle and save the £2 ...

Whilst Noodle is run by Callcredit and is OK, it is best to get the Callcredit too tbh

Thanks a lot, in that case I will just go with the paper £2 report, as I'm really just checking to make sure all my details are updated post bankruptcy. Probably best to go to the source, I agree.

    best wishes,
    Izzy
  • I gave up with trying to get my callcredit report, it wouldn't accept my card details regardless of which card I used. I'm just using noddle and while I know it's not as good as getting callcredit, it'll do for now!

Same as IF here, had to send form of via snail mail, this problem has been around for years but CC do not seem bothered about fixing it.
