Possible tax rebate amount??

I'm self employed and am just currently getting everything ready to take to my accountant to get some tax back. As i am impatient im going to ask if anyone could give me a rough estimate on how much tax i should expect back.

My earnings were

£29,000 ( before tax) 20% of tax has been paid on it all.

Running costs of my van were: £4,667 or if i claim for mileage, i covered 25,490 miles.

Then you have the other running costs which work out something like this:

Use of home: £150
Insurances: £55 (not van)
Telephone: £700
PPE: £300
Stationary: £70
Accountants fee: £300
