if you have entered code incorrectly - then thats what it is, you entered the code wrong

Yes that happens to me as well even when the code is entered correctly.

Nothing else you can do than to come out of it and go on again, it usually sorts itself out then.



Edit Just seen on Facebook that a lot of other people are having this problem.

Nope it was not that. It gives you others to try but still would not accept any. Which is what puzzled me. Thought it was the old lap top playing tricks but if other peps on Facebook are having the same prob then I'll leave it for a while.

RadioLoyalty is not working for me today either. I'm getting the same error message. Given up for a while but gutted as I had a 10% boost off FOY.

Can anyone advise me where radio loyalty has gone. It used to be at the bottom of my inbox offers but the last thing on there today is an offer of coins to write a letter for facebook?
