Don't know if this is the right forum - we had a loan with lloyds tsb with ppi at our request - last year at our request our loan and odraft were refinanced - again we assumed we had ppi - we had a letter from lloyds the other day saying they were cancelling our direct debits because we had had lots of returns as my husband has been off ill since january for some reason I hadn't even thought about claiming off this insurance - i looked at the list of direct debaits and rang the bank to see what we do next and said whats going to happen now if i need to claim off this insurance now cos you've cancelled all these direst debits and the lloyds girl said you haven't even got insurance ! i was dumbfounded and ran to get the paperwork and can't find it - i can't believe it as hubby is self employed of course we needed it - do you think i should write a complaint letter i just don't know what to do now - any advice helpful
