hotmail, O2...

or your isp should allow you several.

i got a hotmail one and it was easy enough for me to do(and thats saying something it took me 2 days to figure how to post on here ha ha)

Googlemail every time, it has Mail Forwarding and POP options, also has a download for a mail notifier ... all free.
