Unenforceability - No Credit Agreement

Hi all,
My case went a little bit further, we have asked for a copy of the original agreement, and instead they sent us a pre-approved form, at that time I was buying a new Mercedes-Benz car and anyone who did so was pre-approved for a credit card, so the court date came, I represented myself and the judge said to write a statement in full about my apposition to a Bankruptcy Petition, I need to write it today, please advise any ideas from where to start.
Many Thanks

Hi - I would suggest you start a new thread for your query rather than posting at the bottom of one from a couple of years ago - you can do this by using this link -

Probably be useful if you could provide more information as well. Such as whenn the original agreement was taken out, when you requested your CCA from them, what you did when they sent you the 'pre approved form'. How much you owe, when you last paid towards the debt, what date you went to court and what defence you used etc.

Is the hearing the judge said this at one for a bankruptcy petition itself. i.e. the court action against you was one of those as opposed to a CCJ.

You need it today? Do you mean literally today? Or do you have more time than that?
