It appears very clear from the forum postings by I-Mutual founder that I-Mutual are saying that they are paying 15.00 cashback on this offer thus effectively guaranteeing the cashback -
"As well as the £15 cashback from us"
From :money: a registering, depositing playing 10.00 and sitting back awaiting 15.00 cashback directly from I-Mutual seems a bit of a no brainer
"You choose a product that you like and can spin a wheel for £1 a time. If you're (very) lucky you win the product. If not, your £1 getsd turned into a discount credit, which you can use if you want to buy the product via their site (up to a maximum stated discount). you can also win free spins and competition entries"

"New customers who deposit and play at least £10 "will" earn £15 imutual cashback AND 150 shares"
"Fill yer boots!"
"My £15 cashback has tracked already" - Founder of I-Mutual
So has mine

"Now, admittedly, almost all of these retailers are also imutual partners. So you would have to sacrifice your cashback and shares in order to use up your Yipiii 'discount' credits against the item".
What he appears to mean is that if you make purchases from I-Mutual partners members would normally get cashback, in this instance if they make such purchases vua Yipiii then they would get back the 10.00 that they have deposited and played but wouldnt obviously get cashback via normal cashback site/merchant route.
For avoidance of doubt shares referred to have never been either
tradable or had any monetary value so the normal thing that shares can go down as well as up doesnt apply at present
This is was what another I-Mutual member has said about the shares

I remember registering for one of the cashback sites. My cashback totalled hundreds and didnt get a a penny from them. For me only reputable companies after all. Quidco, topcashback etc.
I wouldnt use it.0 -
The name of it smells funny though the idea sounds reasonable and Yippii are genuine if you are stupid enough to want that sort of thing.0

This seems like a no brainer to me.
I clicked through from imutual and my £15 cashback was registered in a few minutes. :j
I can't see why you wouldn't do it.
