I agree about the fab ice cream at the Rinka in Islandmagee, however, if you don't end up there, definitely look out for Maud's ice cream shops and treat yourselves. It's locally made from all natural ingredients, relatively cheap (small cone 80p) and the most delicious ice cream you will ever taste. The Pooh Bear is made with honeycomb and is delish!
You could take a wee run up to Belfast Castle. They have a lovely visitor centre with a telescope through which you can have a panoramic view of Belfast and beyond, allowing you to zoom in on any area you want. You could look through it for ages! Lovely walks around the Castle too, and the gardens are gorgeous with lovely views. the Castle and visitor's centre are free.

Worth checking out this site for lots of good info.

That would have been worth a look. We may visit the skerries road racing on 7th July http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vqhrPx8CcQ&feature=related

Or maybe not, as my wife does not like motorcycles.
