natwest mortgage help

Hi I recieved my mortgage agreed letter in post on 7th Feb from natwest and had a move in date of 2nd march.on 1st march my sols rang me up to say natwest required more info regarding my self employment earnings.the day before move in date natwest put a delay on my mortgage, they had a whole month to ask me for anything they require.
Now it's the 18th April and they are still waiting for reply from Hmrc as their mail has a month backlog.the sellers of the house I'm buying have been patient but I don't know how much longer they will wait.
I have sa302s and an accountant, a mortgage advisor and solicitor,I have tried everything to speed process up
ANY advice to help me please as I may lose this home I am buying, thanks

When you say mortgage agreed, do you mean mortgage offer?

If it was fully offered and then they are playing these games then that is awful and get on the phone complaining.

If it was not offered and just agreed in principle, then your solicitor and broker should have done a better job communicating the timescales and processes as the bank are entitled to do this - albeit accept slowly..
