Really need help with bank addresses

Hi all, following on from my earlier post here
I am trying to find the proper addresses and departments for HSBC and RBS so I can send them a settlement letter on my outstanding overdraft debts.
I havent had an account with these banks in years so I dont know where to start and the websites are useless. Ive found general central office addresses but I would really like to know what departments to send these to so they dont get lost in the post room
any and all help would be brilliant.
