DMP with CCCS - documents.

I've finally had CCCS agree to a DMP.
I have received the eMail asking for proof of income and the debts.
My problem is after the infamous hiding my head in the sand I do not have documents at my hand to copy the statements as quickly, as frankly, I need them to be as I have been foolish and need this resolved or a plan in place asap.
Would screen prints of my accounts be enough?
It would show my account number etc and the amount owing for all of them minus Vanquis as I successfully locked myself out.
Also my payslips are all online, would this be okay too?

I think you'll have to ask CCCS this question- they are usually very understanding.
