Low calorie slow cooker meal ideas?

Got given a slow cooker for a gift last week and thinking of low calorie meals. Ive tried stew which lasted 2 meals(very happy) But was just beef, carrots, potatoes, peas and oxo cube. I was better the second day i have to say.
I dont know what sort of things i could cook in the slow cooker. I want something thats tasty but isnt huge in calories, if that makes sense?
Also can anyone give ideas what to use as accompanyments? I can only think of roast pots/mash/pasta/ noodles
Thanks for you help

I use mine for batch cooking soup, bolognese, chilli and curry mainly. You can make these dishes very healthy if you use just a little lean meat, loads of added veg and tinned tomatoes or passata for the base. They are relatively low in calories as they don't have hidden added fats and sugars like ready meals do.0

I see the big advantage in slow cooking is firstly that you can prepare the food hours before you are eating and go away and forget about it until minutes before serving and secondly that the meat is very tender when cooked in a slow cooker. Also it can save a lot of electricity.
Apart from caseroles, I find whole chickens cook well and amazingly quickly (big electricity saving).
One other advantage is if you can use the slow cooker in an outhouse or garage, then you get zero cooking odours in the house.0 -
Tuscan Bean soup - Gennaro Contaldo has a fab recipe and 150 cals per portion
Chilli con Carne - use a variety of mixed beans instead of just kidney beans
Oxtail casserole with lots of veg and lentils and/or pearl barley
Veg casserole or curryTL0
