The code words have to be in capitals? Maybe phone the Sun up and ask for another booking reference code? or if you bought it off someone ask for their surname and previous holiday date and location and then they will regenerate a code for you.

I have a priority code and went to book a 4 night break in Austria last night but it was unavailable. However, my second choice of Switzerland was.

When I was going through the booking process the total came to £61.90 which I presume is just like a deposit and because it's only the 2 of us wanting to go I guess we have to pay for the price of 4 people going so a total of £241.90. Is this correct?

I've never booked a Sun Holiday before and bought the code on eBay yesterday so have no idea how it works. We are going to Italy around the same time and thought we could take a short trip to Austria preferably but looks like it will be Switzerland.

Its £15 per person for the entire break not per night so 61.90 is correct as it is min 4 people, the service charges/passes are added on when you get written confirmation

Does anyone know if the week from 20th August is actually included in the available dates? I know it was originally, then doesn't appear on the paper booking form... has anyone managed to book that date online? I particularly wanted to go to the Cotswolds Park on 20th August - has anyone already tried to get that date and failed (or succeeded?). I've never done these Sun promotions before and am worried that I'm not going to get anywhere after all....

i got my holiday so grateful to scottnellie...there minimal dates left...i was very open.as to when we could go...put it loads of places and dates and only one place and date was left that was 11am...just glad i got in quick!

I have just had my invoice through from Bognor Butlins and have a couple of questions for you old timers on here! Do you have to buy the linen pack and entertainment passses? Do they ask for entertainment passes to use the pool at Butlins Bognor? Can't see anything mentioned about them on the Butlins website, just seems to be a Sun additional cost. it's been a while since I went though and genuinely can't remember. Hope someone can help!
