Strictest lenders

Does anybody know who the strictest lenders are?

I have an application submitted with Nationwide & although I'm fairly confident I will get an offer, there's still that fear of being declined!
I just wondered if I should have a plan incase that happens...

    if Nationwide throw you out after an AIP then there arnt many places left! I would wait until it happens because I for one dont have the time to list all then lenders stricter than Nationwide!

    If you get tipped out by number one on your list, you then need to consider number two, and so on...

    If you are declined, run your details past us in this thread and we'll tell you your chances with your number two choice.
