Well I took my token from the mail to superdrug at 12pm and they had run out of all the free offers and were giving away £1.99 make up bags instead said they had run out of the special offers by 10 am.0

Yup, none of the freebies left, but not offered an alternative.
I asked if they would be getting anymore stock in and they said no. The item advertised was a left over from the Christmas range, so once it was gone, it was gone. Would be interesting to know how many each store did have in stock - if it is a very limited item, surely the paper should state clearly "for the first 20 customers only..." or whatever
Very annoyed, but at least I didn't buy more than one paper - I had wanted to get one from my God-daughter !!
Also re the cheap perfume, as I understood the flyer in store if you spent over £10 you got a free makeup bag - presumably the one ella2002 was offered. There are also a few CERTAIN perfumes which are on offer at £10, but the one I wanted wasn't included (typical:rolleyes: ) but I couldn't figure out if you needed to do a £10 spend to start with before you got the perfume cheap, or not.
I haven't had chance to scrutinise the Mail yet ( just ripped the voucher out) so I will double check if there is anything in the actual paper about this.

They still had the Superdrug freebie in my local store at 2pm - i asked the shop worker if they had any left b4 I joined the long queue at the till.
Didn't manage to find a single Times at Tesco or WH Smiths, hopefully they will print more coupons next week.0 -
Well I went to my local Superdrug at around 11am, DD was very excited about getting her freebie and the assistant said that they had only a few in but they had all gone.
I went up to the till with some other shopping, mentioned the freebie voucher and was offered a choice of make up bags instead. DD was pleased.

roseydosey wrote:Hi,
Just read on the freebies forum something about voucher in Daily Mail for $44 (pound sign not working) worth of perfume for $10 spend at Superdrugs? Does anyone have more details about this please? Do you have to buy a perfume costing $44? Or could you buy 2/3 amounting to $44? Sorry, slightley confused! Thanks in advance!
