CCJ Satisfied

I have two CCJ's, one satisfied, one outstanding showing on my credit report..
HOw do I get rid of the satisfied one if at all possible? all other aspects of my credit report (equifax) are showing as green and either good or excelent. My rating is being damaged by the CCJ's
The unsatisfied one will have been made 6 years ago in October
I had issues with my ex husbad and over the last few years I have worked very hard to get my credit file back to a healthy one, just these things holding me back!

I believe that CCJs fall off your credit record after 6 years. So it should disappear in October/November.0

The CCJs will stay for 6 years from the judgement date.
They can't be got rid of, except by:
- Paying within one month of the judgment date. Presumably did not happen?
- Formally setting the CCJ aside. Which you would need grounds to do. e.g. that you did not owe the money or what was owed was disputed etc. No going to happen for the paid one at the very least.
October isn't long away, if that is the 6 year point when they will go without you having to do anything.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

No it was not paid in the one month, it wasn't possible sadly. the unsatisfied is October but the satisfied is another two years
