Problem with One Poll cashback

At the end of Feb, I signed up for the Netflix free trial with One Poll Cashback, for the promise of £10 cash back. Seemed like a pretty good deal

After the trial I cancelled my membership and realised that I still hadnt been paid the £10. After about 2 weeks of chasing, £3.50 has been credited to my account. I have again chased them several times, stating that they should have paid me £10 but they are now not replying to my messages on the helpdesk.

Is there a direct email that anyone knows about? Will I ever see the rest of the money? Is there somebody I can complain to?

i have been with one poll for some time and have logged up £39.90 and guess what the payout threshold is £40.00 .Not had a poll for 3 weeks now,I wonder why ? Dont waste your time trying to contact them i have and they do not bother to reply. My opinion a scam site to avoid.I would be intrested to know what others have to say
