No, not yet. I'd hang on a while longer before contacting them - freebie and competition terms and conditions often say you'll receive the prize within 28 days.

Their KitKat T&C states that you will receive the bar within 14 Days "BRIT KAT bars will be despatched within 14 days of date of request submission and will be sent via standard class post".

The Brit Kat bar is a new promo, I think...? Anyhow, it could be that they're waiting to send the bars out in a batch - it hasn't been 14 days for me yet so they could be sending both out together. Maybe have a look on their FB page to see if anyone else has asked about it or received their bar recently.
