Unsure if I have a case

About 18 months ago I added about £5000 to my existing mortgage that has only about £15000 outstanding and I was charged over £400 for the transaction, would I have a case for asking the bank for a reasonable refund under the overcharging dispute currently running
If so could you direct me to the letters and Instructions I would need to send to the bank

No chance mate. Its not a charge you can claim back. They would have told you of the charge.0

Did you have a choice to make this change to your mortgage or not? Yes
Did they tell you about the fee up-front before you did it? Yes
Sorry to be blunt, but what on earth makes you think you have a case for a refund here?Everyone needs something to believe in.
I believe I need another beer.0
