Just popped onto the offer page on the Sun website and rather a lot of people in the same boat. Does anyone have a contact number/address for the offer?

i received some today...so they are sending them but slowly....i have 2 tickets for 1st may,7th may,1st july,4th july,11th sept and 15th oct looking to swap for school holidays or weekends

I sent off for our tickets ages ago. Had given up hope but the tickets came through today. So, hopefully everybody will get theirs soon!0

I sent off for a few pairs. I got one weeks ago, which I'd sent off fairly quickly, giving my third choice. Just got a pair today which I sent for 2 days before the closing date, with my FIRST choice! the mind boggles. Still waiting for 2 more pairs although one was sent for the day before it closed, so they may not have got there
I read somewhere on the sun alton towers page that they are being sent out up until the second week in may so don't despair! I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -
Try 02077824100 and ask for Alton Towers ticket department. I rang up the other day and was told it was 28 working days from the closing day and to give them until 2nd week in May x0
