Does anyone know if i can request a copy of my current prescription in Specsavers? Do they even keep a record?
I am looking for a new pair of glasses and want to go with one of the online stores as their prices are incredibly low compared to the high street (Goggles4U is one example) but have lost my copy of the prescription (doh!)
TIA for any advice.
If this is not possible, where can i go for a cheap (free?) eyetest? Unfortunately i live in NI so the current D&A offer is not available to me

Hi I went into Specsavers a couple of weeks ago and requested a copy of my prescription. They wrote it out there and then for me free of charge I think they will do this for you as long as your last eye test was less than 2 years ago.0

Hiya, yep you can just go into your Specsavers and they'll give you a copy. I did exactly that, then went to https://www.budgetspex.com and bought the rimless pair of glasses Specsavers had at ~£200, for £40!0
