I would tell email them/phone and say it is unfair to promote yet another comp, when your daughter has not received her prize from several months ago :mad:

Fluffynit, I enquired a couple of times to Newsround and was ignored so after 2 months I made a proper complaint to the BBC site and they said they'd get on to them to sort it out and that it was unacceptable. Next day I received 'We apologise that you have not received your prize yet. There has been a problem at Royal Mail in them sending these stamps out. We are endeavouring to do all we can to get these prizes to you as soon as possible.' and that's been it since the 28th. Goodness knows if it will ever come...
