Creditors Bankruptcy petition

Hi There, I'm in need of some help please.
I have been served a Creditors Bankruptcy petition on faliure to comply with a statutory demand for a liquidation sum payable immediatly.
It says if I intend to oppose this I must fill in a form 6.19, is this something I have to fill in or do I need someone to do this for me?
I want to pay the debt but can not pay the full amount straight away.
Could anyone help me with this?

Not sure what 6.19 is, but you should have a court and a hearing date.
Ring the court now to say you will be attending and intend to oppose the petition.
The court staff are usually helpful, so you should be pointed in the direction of any forms that need filling in.0 -
