  • I've checked all the Dundee, Dumfries, Kilmarnock, Carlisle, Lockerbie and even the Lesmahagow store for the knife block and no one has it. :( managed to find everything else though. Still bread knives in Lockerbie if anyone is still looking? I can get one and post if needed? They've got all of it on amazon too but I grudge paying £30 for something that someone's bought for £8.

Glad you got them. Seems like all the stores I've been in recently have had deliveries as there's no shortage.

Oh and hi Locarr - good to see you still [STRIKE]stalking[/STRIKE] reading the NI forum :rotfl:

Same here in Chester, seems that each local store has the same stuff left, I think the block has spaces for 2 Santoko, 1 Cooks, 1 Utility, Bread, Sharpener and scissors.

  • as the previous reply, I have tried all the chester and north wales area for the knife block with no luck seems holywell had some this morning but sold out very quickly was told that due to the number of phonecalls and requists in stores for this item they are no longer reserving them at customer service desks. This looks like one of tesco,s under estimation on demand for the blocks which you would think that with that many knives being sold that they would have ensured that the number of blocks would have been similar.I have being sending emails to customer services asking when or if local stores can expect deliveries to which the answer is they do not know. so I would advise others to do the same in there area,s as all ready they are being sold on amazon for £49.99 which is a bit steep.:(
