Loan company refuse my offer

My husband has been out of work for 6 months but now has a job yippee.
I'm sorting out my finances and most companies have been really good but one is just a nightmare.
I have a secured loan with Acenden which only has a couple of years left to run. My normal monthly payment is £193 per month and I've missed 4 payments. With all their charges added on it means that I am now nearly £2000 in arears.
I phoned them and went through an income and expenditure form but at then end they have said that I have £670 per month of disposable imcome (I'd like to know where that goes) and they want me to pay an extra £300 per month on top of my normal payment.
I've said that I don't think that's affordable and offered to pay an extra £100 per month on top of my normal payment.
They have rejected this and have said that they will not enter into an arrangement with me and still apply their fees of £95 per month which will wipe out the extra I will be paying them.
Can they do this, it doesn't seem fair to me please help

Why not place a SOA on here to see how they came to that calculation

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Of course they can.
How come they've concluded that you have an extra £670 a month? And why didn't you challenge this?0
