Seems as if they are rip off merchants as I can't see many nice comments when you google them.just in case you need to know:

I use Feel Good Contact Lenses every month and they re fantastic.
Quick delivery and reliable. I have used them for almost two years now and never had any issues. I used Asda a few time but they are VERY unreliable and in my case NEVER delivered on time0 -
Put in an order on LensPlanet and received an email asking me to scan and email photographic ID. Thought this was dodgy so replied to email asking why it was needed, that I didn't want to send personal information, and that if the lenses couldn't be dispatched today I would like to cancel the order. No reply by email so I phoned then and got through to someone in the service department. They claim they need to see photo ID for orders over £100. I asked to cancel the order as it sounds strange to me. They agreed on the phone to cancel and refund the order. Haven't yet had email confirmation of whether this has happened.
Summary; I wouldn't trust them.0 -
The MSE Contact Lens Finder tool is showing prices for Lensplanet in a misleading way. Lensplanet quote their prices per BOX (eg. £13.30 for 30 lenses). Other sites quote per 30/90/etc PAIRS (eg. £28 for 30 pairs - twice as many lenses).
The MSE tool is not picking this up correctly and is making unfair comparisons.
I have emailed the MSE lenschecker team to inform them. Please take care and check prices properly in the meantime.0
