Has anyone had any experience with Swift Finance?

Hi all,
I don't know if any of you are aware of Swift Finance, they offer secured loans and are basically the devil!
Following receiving my payment record from them and discovering some shocking fees, charges and interest on my loan I put in a complaint and wanted these refunding (to me for what I have paid and cleared off the loan for the interest which is still ticking away at an alarming rate).
They refused but offered me a measly £200 off my outstanding balance.
Following more detective work the way in which they have managed my account and are still charging me heavily is ludicrous and outright robbery so I wrote a very detailed and strong letter to them which is now being looked in to as we speak.
If they refuse this time then I will not hesitate to take it to the FOS as without going in to the full details you honestly would not believe what these cowboys are doing!
Has anyone had any similar experiences with Swift?
Or do you know anyone that has successfully claimed from them?
Thanks
