just a thought,im paying a token payment to a debt company(I cant work due to MS)and saw on tv,about ppi,could i claim to get ppi back on the loan,if i took it out,although they add it in them selves on occasions

    Being in arrears doesn't prevent a claim for missold PPI - if you had PPI and if it was missold. Though if you are successful in reclaiming missold PPI it will be paid towards your outstanding debt.

    Have you checked your loan documents to see if there was PPI on the loan?
    At the point you stopped working did you make a claim on the PPI?

    If you cannot work due sickness, why not claim on the PPI rather than try and argue it was miss sold?
