Hi, After writing to creditors and finally getting somewhere, Just tried to rent a property and they managed to dig up 3 CCJ that I was not aware of as there don't appear on the experian or equilafax, All 3 should have been part of my BR as I went BR in 2006 the CCJ are 2007 and are all on my BR,
Can I get these removed, if so whats the quickest way to do it?

Got to the bottom of the CCJ's
2 are registered in june 2006, both of these debts are included in my BR which happened August 2006 so can I get them satisfied due to the BR.
I also payed £60 a few years ago for my discharge certificate but now can find it, where can I get another from as Experian have asked for it?0 -
Good news yat666
You can get another Certificate of discharge from the court you went BR from, unfortunately it has gone up now to £70, (in some cases depending if you are on benefits/low income you can have this for free and will need to fill in a EX160)

The landlord or letting agent is likely to have used one of the credit reference agencies for their financial check, so if they saw CCJS then they should be on your credit report. Might be a good idea to contact us and seek advice on the missing data. Did you provide all of your addresses when requesting your report?
