    They're not bothered by a few years of 4-5%. Never have been never will while this situation persists. Just because they can't/won't admit that doesn't mean it's not the case.

    Why does Merv keep telling us that he expects inflation to fall soon ? Either he is a bit rubbish at his job, or he is lying. I suggest he keeps quiet, or starts telling the truth. Maybe some of us will then start to have confidence in him.

    So once I say something, i'm never allowed to reaccess what I stated as time moves on and policies are implemented?
