I'm not sure I buy that. You've worked for GR longer than I've been alive?

    Unfortunately it's true :(

When I first I worked them everything was done by post. I received the paperwork, did the job, filled in the form and then sent it back to them.

Wonder if qualify for a long service medal? :rotfl:

How depressing. I overpaid on my student loan through my self-assessment. Just spoke to the SLC and they will refund me the £30 they stole from my PAYE side of things, but the other £130 will go back to HMRC who will "credit my account".

Talk about making my tax return even more confusing for me!!

RM have got corner shops available if you give them a call :)

I know, I alerted this yesterday! Without sounding like a cow, it does help to have a quick look at alerts over the last day.

Why have TNS sent me a recording device when I didn't say I wanted to do any recording of phone jobs? Have emailed but not heard back. Plus the briefing got cancelled today and can't do tomorrows as will be with a load of 5 and 6 year olds on my daughters school trip :)

TNS quickies - does the term "safe" count as a 'thank you' at the end of the transaction???!
