I used to do around 30 jobs a month for RE, then the fees were reduced and the quantity fell (in my area at least). There was a late surge in last-day relistings last month, but now there's hardly anything - if you discount the cheapo supermarkets and their derisory fee.

Perhaps the writing is on the wall for them?

Yes, Gap told me that they should be available from tomorrow.

This happened last year with GAP, and it wasn't cleared up at the weekend - they had to reschedule them.
