Nightmare! I did a sales visit and the girl I was talking to wouldn't engage at all. I kept asking what she would recommend etc. and she wouldn't get out her chair and speak to me. Just sitting there chewing gum. Once she got bored of talking to me, she spun her chair round and just put her back to me.

I wished I could just walk out the door... What a waste of time.

In a similar vien, I recently had one assignment inquiring about insurance where the CSA instantly gave me completely wrong information that meant I couldn't proceed any further. I was in and out of the shop in about 20 seconds and got £14 for it!

Ah, so I have been dumped from those cinema visits, its a shame, been doing them for.nearly a year, have a rapport with all cinemas and they all let me watch films for.free and.give me free drinks! I will miss that perk lol

Confused - they let you watch films for free outside of your mystery shop visits...?

No inside the same visit, their way of thinking is, i have already taken a seat up, so if i want to watch the film free of charge i can.

James, very rarely did i take up their offers, as i always chose films i didnt like, i havent watched a free film for 2 months, but am constantly offered, so i doubt thats the reason, however i always took them up on the offer of the free drink, coke mainly.

Ah well, you win some you lose some, i did like those visits though, mine were in a triangle so i could walk to each one in 30 minutes.

Going to see a film other than the one you paid for is a form of theft. As is accepting free drinks and snacks - the employee concerned is stealing from the company and influencing you to give their cinema a good report so he/she can benefit from the bonuses most receive following a good review.

What you did was dishonest and it's a shame you're still MS'ing. Your evaluations cannot be trusted.
