Hi all
could someone give me a bit of help please, we are interested in buying a property with a small cafe at the front, i have spoken to our mortgage lender who would lend us what we need & let us port our exsisiting product over... but they do not lend if a business is run from the property. So ive been trying to figure out which mortgage company & product is what we need & actually ask for !!.
If some one could point us in the right direction it would be great, many thanks.
