Creation Finance Loans ?

Anybody used these for a loan ? SiL thinking of using them but asked me to post on here for any info about Creation Finance , she has a Flybe cc with them and said they have always been easy to deal with but a loan is a different line for her to consider !

quite bad reviews i would avoid.

i cant post links but google creation finance reviews.

a lot of the positive reviews are supposed to be staff posting to bump up feedback.

Personally I wouldn't use them again through choice, as my experience of them was not brilliant.

Well my experience having a card and a loan with Creation has been fine. Had no problem applying and got the funds I wanted easily. Looking at who they work with they sound like a pretty big organisation and my wife and I have never had any problems.

I have had a really bad experience with Creation. To make it even worse their customer service and customer complaints advisors have been shocking and have a 'we are a big company and we can not be bothered about you' attitude. My advise would be don't go near this company.

I have had a very 'nasty' experience with Creation Finance. . . without doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any finance company!
I am still trying to get a satisfactory answer from them, after a loan agreement dating back to 2004!!

I have held credit cards and store cards with them for over 7 years without any problems.

I also took a loan out with them last year and paid it back early without any issues.

As long as you read and are happy the terms and condition's you will be fine.

Seriously you need to stay away from this company. I had a store card off them for years, had no issues with them whilst i was paying off the card and it was still active. I decided i no longer needed the card and paid off what was owed and closed the account. This was a year ago now. I received a letter stating the account was now closed and was nothing owing, which luckily i kept as about 4months ago i received a letter stating i was in arrears and that i owed them money including late payment charges etc, i contacted them and told them of how my account was closed and nothing was owing and that i have a letter confirming this from them. They took no notice, since then iv been hounded by 20-30 phone calls per day from them demanding money which i DO NOT owe them, including continuous letters from them and a debt collector. I am still fighting this battle and have now involved the Financial Ombudsman to clear this up. I have been harrased by this company and had debt collectors at my door for a debt i dont owe, not to mention the effect it is having on my credit report. I will continue to fight this and will go to court to stand up to what is right and have my name cleared.I stuggle to understand how they can get away with treating people this way.

I should mention i sent on all my correspondence to the debt collectors from Creation stating how the account was closed and they have dropped action against me and told Creation how they have received proof of no debt owing!! Yet Creation still continue to harrass me.

The sooner i go to court with this the better. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

Are you sure it was not a cpa payment that was made after the account was made? If so they will just return it again to the agency

I've had Creation Finance through PC World a couple of times to buy TVs and laptops. Have had no problems with them at all. I went for the Buy Now Pay Later finance and paid in full before the due date and that was the end of that!
