    The solicitor is following the clients instructions. The ex has a legal right to force a sale. So all totally above board and a standard procedure.

    potentially but there is nothing to lose by contacting the cab and they are unbelievably helpful and have a wealth of knowledge.

    i wouldnt just agree without contacting them as worst they will do is confirm the solicitor is correct.
