Done a search and found the two letters - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=11571485&postcount=4
I had phone call from bank, just before easter, at work. Gave him what for  for expecting me to talk about private financial matters whilst at work in front of customers
Been in work today to have boss pull me to one side saying Credit Solutions had rang for me 3 times this morning. The third call, she said I wasn't allowed to take personal calls at work. I only work afternoon on a monday
Should I send both letters listed on the link ?
Sent first class recorded ?
Do I specifically list my work number and ask them to remove it from their system ?
Thanks.

Can anyone help please ?
I would like to get letters printed off and posted today.
Thanks.0 -
There is only one letter on the link. The second part is just some extra part/points that you can add to the first if needed.
As with all templates, read the whole thing and take out/change bits that don't apply to you. No one template covers everyone, so just treat it as a staring point for your own letter.
I would send recorded, yes.
Definitely demand that they remove any work related number, along with others in a general sense.
Make sure you mention that calling your work is breaking OFT guidleines, and that you will be reporting them to the OFT and trading standards if they continue. That the calls to your work are recorded (whether they are or not) and you will be passing that evidence on to the above.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Flip. Printer is out of ink.
Will sending via email suffice ?0 -
Email can be useful to try.
Would probably back it up with a copy via recorded post if/when you get the chance.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
