Can arrears be taken from P/T fireman?

Hi, I'm aware Firemen are exempt from paying Csa from their wages but I was wondering if Csa arrears can be taken from that wage?

Thanks guys I guess I will have to ask about going for a L.O on his house then if they dont take those wages into consideration for arrears because at the rate they are taking off him now its going to take approx 5-6 years to pay them off!!!grrr
