Mortgage declined after AIP given - but I've already sold! Help!

    Another rate chasing HSBC story, hopefully sooner or later the penny will drop, i have posted up on a different thread on Lenders to be avoided at the moment. HSBC numero uno Yorkshire Numero duo and Barclays numero Tres. Many people who rate chase will start to lower thier credit score as HSBC usually credit score you more than once. Employ the services of a broker as we will know the criterias and the Lenders who will actually lend and how quickly they will lend and in your case you need an offer PDQ. The rate isnt everything.
