It's not exactly something they hand out. What do you need to know?
Writing to the MD or CEO is something that may have worked in the 70s but rarely anymore. The best angle is above the phone monkeys, either their supervisor or the person above them. They will have the responsibility and the power to get stuff done. The J is a Financial Advisor-This site doesn't check anyone's status and as such any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as financial advice. Thanks, but I need to write to someone important to complain about being taken off a residential mortgage with consent to let and being forced onto a buy to let mortgage on my main residence due to being in the armed forces and unable to live in it. My current 5 yr BTL 'deal' is shortly going to come to an end and I have since found some info to say that the armed forces should not be financial penalised, and that the government has been working with various other lenders to offer residential mortgages to armed forces personnel who are stationed away from their main home.0

As far as I am aware different lenders have different criteria with regards the armed forces concession, some choose to do it on a residential basis others choose not to. I'd probably save your time. The J is a Financial Advisor-This site doesn't check anyone's status and as such any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as financial advice. The J, you're probably right, however I have friends in the same position as us who have residential mortgages with NRAM so it might be worth a try.0 -
