Populus live / problem with the points

I've registered with Populs live few months ago and so far I only completed a few surveys. The problem is that they do not give me the points as promised. They pay £1 for 5 minutes of your time. Their surveys normally last 5 minutes and they pay £1 for 1 survey. They say that £1 appear in your balance in 24 hours. It has been 3 days since I've done the survey but my account balance at their site still shows £0... I had a look at their Policy and it says that each survey has to go through quality control....I have e-mailed them but they dont even replying. Is anyone else had any problem with them??

I dont seem to have any probs so far.Just ordered my first £50 couple weeks back,and now showing 4 points though I have only done a 2 point survey since,so some surveys must take longer to come through.Will let you know when my £50 arrives0
