Congratulations Mumto5 and hope you have a good holiday Bossymoo!

Best day of the week then! Have decided (probably) to visit my mum tomorrow - 140 miles away so not a quick trip. I'm leaving it until the last minute to tell her, otherwise she tries to 'organise me' - 'well if you get here at such and such a time, you can go and visit so-and-so, and I can invite this and that relative over so you will have to stay longer to see them' - I HATE IT!!!! The trump card now is the dogs - I'm not leaving them for that period of time (about 8 - 10 hours) so they are coming with us. Dogs are not allowed in her flats so it will be drive there, stretch their legs in the nearby country park, collect her for lunch at a local dog friendly pub (DH has emailed and checked!) then take her back home. My sister and partner should be coming too, so it should be a good day! I've not told mum yet that we are going - it will give her time to 'organise' everyone! A call after 9 tonight should be ok.

Should be able to get some of the list done - I suspect the beneficiary of my efforts will be the spare room - it needs a good sorting out!

Oh well, one load in the machine and another in the TD - let's hope there's no thunderstorms today and the weather brightens up a bit! Have a good day everyone!

AF has arrived and with it a headache so I haven't done anything this morning. Mum and dad's for tea tonight and I need to go over to the Scout shop so I'll do an hour before I go over to my mum's and see how much I can get done. Beavers went well last night so I was pleased with that and DD went to Scouts and enjoyed that - she's just moving up from Cubs. Other than that not a lot to report apart from the fact that I'm shattered!

Morning,

I did do the bathroom yesterday, just never had time to post.
Today's room will be DD(18) she is going away for the weekend, so I will get in there and do a bit of shoveling. That will be my Friday night taken care off. Working today first though... better get dressed.

With have blue sky and sun here, not forcast to last though.

Dentist and hygienist at lunchtime for me today so I'll tie it in with some jobs in that town.

Morning all, managed very little yesterday and then had the spring concert last night. Both my boys made me very proud and made me realise i am so very lucky to have them.

I didn't have the best nights sleep so today will be slow but i have the joiner coming tonight and i'm away shopping tomorrow with DD, my mum and my sister so i best get some flying done today.

I still have that awful feeling.. I've spoken to OH about my concerns and thats all i can really do. Some will remember what happened last year with OH and i just have the feeling that something awful is coming my way, i don't know if it's gonna be OH going through another big relapse with his mental health (he's not great at the minute) or it's just going to be something like last year and blow the whole family apart. Sorry i'm going on again, i just have such a gut churning feeling..:(

Got up at 6 and did 2 x HHI.

Off to my SIL to play with her Sage Line 50 programme to give me a head start for Monday.

Not enough hours in the day! Need to go to MrT, finish off Nearly Mew pricing up and go to A Moonwalk fundraiser tonight.

congrats Mumto5 on the new job.

Slowly back into routine here.

DD2 still worrying me - she has never really picked up after the stomach bug in February - I had hoped that 2 weeks off at Easter would recharge her batteries but she's back to running on empty.

GP appt booked for her - Thursday next week - was the earliest appt I could get - and I booked on Tuesday!

The weather is a lot better than anticipated, so when i have finished my cuppa i think Miss T and I will go and plant some seeds in pots - sunflowers, runner beans & snake gourds

Spent this morning with my sister and then later catching up with a few threads on here so that is way more than HH me time sorted Anything else I have deleted has been done (not much ) so am off for HH 'putting stuff away' (this will be stuff from all over the house but will do everything in the conservatory first)
