Mortgage without Indefinite Leave to Remain - HELP

Hello,
I'm trying to get a mortgage with my British partner, but I'm on a work permit and have two more years before I can apply for residency. We have a 10% deposit and strong salaries. I've been in the UK for three years and pay tax.
Has anyone had any luck in finding a mortgage provider who will lend to people not permanently settled in the UK? I found a few older threads on this topic, but nothing recent.
Thanks

Will be hard work, I think it should be possible though. I have definitely got a mortgage with 2 years remaining previously, but is was at sub 75% loan to value.
I would get a broker on the case, and let them search for you.
If it is under 2 years, it becomes harder for sure...
All the best..I am a Mortgage Broker

Thanks Dave. Who was your mortgage provider? I'm most interesting in knowing which providers are willing to consider residents who are settled.
Also, it's impossible to have more than 2-years left on a renewed visa because visas are only issued for 2 years. In my case, I'll be at the 5-year mark and be able to apply for leave to remain anyway.0 -
Last year I brokered a case, but it was a heretic (I think) Visa and all the banks were interested in if they did not have indefinite leave to remain, was stable employment, big deposit and 2 years +
Obviously a bit different in your case, I put the last one with Halifax (from memory)I am a Mortgage Broker
