1. This promotion is organised by QVC and is open to any UK resident aged 18 years or over,

First Stage: entrants must answer 1 multiple choice question:

12.01 on 15/04/12 (“the Opening Date”) and received by QVC

no later than



23.59 on 15/04/12 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received before the Opening

Date or after the Closing Date will not be eligible.

Second Stage: Entrants who have submitted their entries by the Closing Date in accordance

with these term and conditions and who have answered the question correctly will go

forward into the second stage of the promotion. This involves



one winner being drawn at

random. The draw will take place by

QVC will use all reasonable endeavours to notify the winner by email by 17.30 on 16/04/12.

The winner will be required to confirm to QVC, in the manner instructed by QVC, that they accept

the prize within 48 hours of receiving the email. In the event that the winner fails to do so by



midnight on 18/04/12






then QVC may at its absolute discretion disqualify that person and select at

random a replacement winner who QVC will use all reasonable endeavours to notify by email. If

the replacement winner fails to respond within such time-limit set by QVC which QVC shall use its

reasonable endeavours to inform them of by email or otherwise, then the provisions of this clause

shall apply to that replacement winner in the same way as if they were the original winner.

The prize awarded to the winner will be a blue Kipling Classics tote bag with matching

purse and a Precious monkey keyring, all worth approximately £108.

10. The decision of QVC will be final and the QVC will not enter into any correspondence

about the results.

11. In the event that all or part of any prize is unavailable then QVC reserve the right to offer an

alternative prize of equivalent value.

12. QVC shall not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered

entries.

13. QVC will publish the name and town of the



winner on the website by 17.45 on 16/04/12.

Additionally, the name and town of all winners will be made available to anyone by written

request to QVC at Marco Polo House, 346 Queenstown Road, London, SW8 4NQ. All

persons, by entering, are deemed to consent to the publication of their name and the town of

the address which they have given.

14. QVC, acting reasonably, reserves the right to delay the timing of the draw and/or the

publication of the winners.

15. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.

16. QVC shall not be liable for any disruption to this promotion, whether due to technical

problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption

to this promotion QVC shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy the disruption and

resume this promotion on a fair and equitable basis to the entrants.

breach of these terms and conditions may, at QVC’s discretion, acting reasonably, result in
