The debt is about a catalogue and the closing balance is 337.70. I have had three letters from them in the space of a week and they have added lots of admin charges for each letter. I have not been taken to court no,...just a lot of scary looking letters. If there is anything else I can share to help you help me then please say.
Okay so they are just powerless debt collectors, who I can almost guarantee will not turn up at your door. Next question is how old is this debt ? When did you last pay or acknowledge it?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Then they are merely debt collectors. Let them make all the appointments they want.
They can't take your stuff.
You don't have to let them stay on your property.
You don't need to open the door to them.
You don't need to talk with them.
You do need to address the debt issue... but you can do so in a way that's more reasonable for you. I'd suggest looking around the tips on the board here for writing to debt companies. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
Reliable collections are in house debt department of the Jd Williams catalogues.
They charge £25 for letter l think, but they would charge £12.50 for each late payment, Their statements go out every 28 days, so you have to send allowing payment to reach them. Also you also will get phone calls of them if you have ordered by telephone goods. These calls are nearly 24/7. deal with them in writing, send a token payment of £1.00 while you sort out your money issues.. It is best to do it writing, l have in the past reported them to Oft, for harassment... Simply be is worse one, to deal with... l felt.. good luck0
